Guidance on how to use the Beacon membership database.

Membership Portal

This is the way for Craven U3A members to access the records we hold. They can then amend/update the record. The can also get a list of groups and a calendar of dates. During the enrolment/renewal period they can also renew membership on-line, which is very helpful to our volunteer helpers.

Group Leaders

There is a separate log on for Group Leaders which provides a number of functions to help them administer their Group. Help and training is available at the annual training meeting. For help at other times contact datamanager@cravenu3a.org.uk
