Introducing the Volunteering in North Yorkshire Directory (VINY)

Community First Yorkshire have recently launched a Volunteering in North Yorkshire Directory (VINY).

This free to use directory allows organisations to add and edit details of volunteer opportunities and respond to enquiries from potential volunteers.
People interested in volunteering can search volunteer opportunities by location, area of interest or cause, and use the system to contact organisations directly to express interest in their opportunities.

The Volunteering in North Yorkshire Directory funded by North Yorkshire County Council and NHS North Yorkshire, can be found at www.volunteeringinnorthyorkshire.org.uk
We would be grateful if you could share this information with your members via your noticeboards and newsletters.

We have printed versions of the A4 posters and A6 double sided postcards we can post out to you for noticeboards and inclusion in mailings if you could email us to let us know how many you would like.
